This project involved the redesign of an existing dealership in Paarl, Western Cape, transforming it into a contemporary retail environment for the Lepas and Chery brands. The design focused on seamlessly integrating each brand’s identity while modernising the facility to enhance the customer experience.

Through thoughtful spatial planning, updated finishes, and a cohesive architectural approach, the dealership was revitalised to strengthen the brands’ presence in the Western Cape and create a welcoming, functional destination for customers.
